The Prentice School has an active and effective Parent Guild that assists the school in achieving the mission and goals of the school.  The Guild provides support in numerous ways, including volunteer time and fund-raising.

All Prentice parents are members of the Parent Guild.  A membership meeting is held monthly during the school year to conduct Guild business and to learn more about Prentice and language-based learning differences.

Attached for your information is the Guild’s Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies and Procedures.

• The purpose of the Constitution is to create the organization and describe the conditions under which it is allowed to exist. 
• The purpose of the Bylaws is to describe how the organization will operate. 
• The purpose of the Policies and Procedures is to further define operating procedure where additional detail is needed.
